If you are handling a closing for a home that is subject to the Clovis Community Foundation“Community Benefit Fee,” please do the following:

- The Sales price of the property
- We will then send you a “demand note” indicating the amount of the fee ( = 0.1% of the Sales Price) and where to mail the check.
